ART 126(C) - 3D: Three Dimensional Design-Sculptural Form Credit(s): 3 Two, 2 1/2 hour studios per week MassTransfer Block Code: Humanities/Fine and Performing Arts A foundations course in art and design. The basic elements and principles of three-dimensional form will be explored through the manipulation of various materials. Emphasis is placed on creative problem solving to generate ideas, and on developing working drawings and maquettes that will result in the construction of three-dimensional sculptural objects. Students will learn to think about form within the context of artmaking and learn to communicate visually.
