Credit(s): 3 3 lecture hours MassTransfer Block Code: Social Sciences New research suggests there is much more to our health than bad habits, limited health care access, or unlucky genes. The social circumstances in which we are born, live, and work can actually impact our physiological responses as much as germs and viruses. This course will focus on the study of human health, disease and social suffering from a cross-cultural, equity, and policy perspective.
