Starting with a solid review of first-year contents, this course introduces more advanced vocabulary and complex grammatical structures. It is designed for students who have had three or four years of High School courses in the target language or who have completed the first year of college language. This course is for students with credentials in languages other than the ones currently offered at HCC. Students can receive credits for transfer, the MA State Seal of Biliteracy and other credentials using this course for documentation/transcript purposes. The purpose is to extend CPL (Credit for Prior Learning) and transfer credits to those students who wish to obtain credits for language courses not offered at HCC.
