EGR 118 - Introduction to Programming For Engineers Credit(s): 4 An in-depth introduction to computer programming using Python, MATLAB, or comparable programming languages with an emphasis on engineering applications. Topics are: decimal and binary numbers, selection and repetition structures, arrays, methods, classes, and input/output. Class will be held in a computer lab to ensure access to appropriate software. No previous experience in programming is required
Prerequisite(s): MTH 104 or adequate test score on the Mathematics Placement Examination
